Is TunerPilot a pay-per-file service?
No. TunerPilot is an automated tuning website with license-based access. Your plan includes a daily solution allowance and a monthly Stage 1 allowance. Extra credits are for work beyond your applicable allowance.
Is checksum correction included?
No. Automatic tuning does not correct the checksum. Always correct and verify the checksum with your flashing tool before writing a modified file.
What if a solution is not available?
From Tuning & Solutions, upload your original file and request the unavailable solution. Requests must include an ECU file. For a problem with a generated file, open a complaint from My Files.
Can I use my phone or share my account?
Android and iPhone application access is included with an active PRO Monthly or PRO Yearly license. BASIC does not include mobile application access and cannot buy it separately. Eligible custom monthly plans require administrator approval for mobile access. Your authorised laptop access stays unchanged; account sharing is not allowed.
Can I check ECU coverage before buying?
Yes. Browse the ECU Library before choosing your license. Listed solutions still depend on compatibility with your specific file.
What is available without a license?
You can browse ECU coverage and the shop. An active license is required to access the tuning tools and processing workflow.
