These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the TunerPilot platform, including software licenses, credits, ECU file modification services, digital tuning solutions and related online services.

2. Services
TunerPilot provides an online platform for automatic ECU file modification, digital tuning solutions, software licenses, credits and related services.
The system modifies the customer's uploaded original ECU file. TunerPilot does not provide a public database of ready-made files for download.
3. User Accounts
Each user account is personal and may only be used by the registered customer. Sharing, selling, renting or transferring an account to another person or company is strictly prohibited.
The customer is responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Suspicious logins, simultaneous access from different locations, VPN abuse or unusual usage patterns may lead to account suspension.
4. Subscriptions and Credits
Access to certain functions may require an active subscription or credits. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.
Unused credits remain available in the customer account unless the account is suspended or terminated due to abuse or violation of these Terms.
5. Digital Delivery
All services are delivered digitally. The customer agrees that the services start immediately after successful payment.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and instantly delivered ECU file modification services, payments are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments, technical errors caused by TunerPilot, or services that were demonstrably not delivered.
No refund will be granted if the customer has already received credits, license access, file modifications or digital results.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing account access with other persons or companies
- Reselling or renting accounts
- Copying, saving or collecting TunerPilot solutions
- Building a private or commercial database from TunerPilot files
- Redistributing, publishing or selling modified files
- Reverse engineering platform logic, solutions or algorithms
- Using bots, scrapers, crawlers or automation tools
- Bypassing technical protection or access restrictions
- Using TunerPilot content to train AI or machine learning systems
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, algorithms, tuning solutions, DTC solutions, maps, calibrations, definitions, workflows, databases and documentation remain the exclusive property of TunerPilot LLC.
The customer receives only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the delivered digital service for the intended purpose.
9. File Protection
Customers are not allowed to systematically store, copy, compare, extract, reverse engineer or redistribute modified files or solutions created by TunerPilot.
Any attempt to copy the logic, structure, tuning solution or file modification method of TunerPilot may result in immediate account termination without refund.
10. Abuse Detection and Monitoring
To protect the platform, TunerPilot may monitor account activity, IP addresses, device information, login behavior, file upload patterns, download behavior and other technical usage data.
These measures are used to detect fraud, account sharing, scraping, abuse, unauthorized redistribution and intellectual property theft.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
TunerPilot reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud, account sharing, file redistribution, reverse engineering or violation of these Terms.
In such cases, access to credits, subscriptions, licenses and services may be revoked. Payments already made will not be refunded.
12. Stage 1 and File Services
Stage 1 tuning may be included in higher-tier subscriptions or available as a paid service depending on the selected package.
Basic packages may include only standard solutions. Additional services such as Stage 1 file modification may require extra payment.
13. Availability of Solutions
Most available solutions are tested and proven in practice. However, availability may vary depending on ECU type, software version, file structure and vehicle data.
If a solution is not available, the customer may submit a request. TunerPilot may add or review a solution, but does not guarantee availability for every file.
14. Vehicle and Motorsport Disclaimer
ECU tuning, DPF/EGR/AdBlue/DTC modifications and similar vehicle software changes may be restricted or prohibited by law in certain countries or for road use.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, vehicle approval regulations, emissions rules, road traffic laws and insurance requirements.
TunerPilot does not guarantee road legality, emissions compliance or regulatory acceptance in any country. Services are intended for off-road and racing use only.
15. Use at Own Risk
All files and modifications are used at the customer's own risk. The customer is responsible for checking, testing and validating every modified file before use.
TunerPilot is not liable for engine damage, gearbox damage, ECU damage, vehicle downtime, diagnostic issues, failed flashing, loss of profit or consequential damages.
16. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Airwallex, PayPal or other processors. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment provider.
17. Service Availability
TunerPilot aims to provide reliable platform access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, technical issues or external service failures may temporarily affect access.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TunerPilot LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
TunerPilot's total liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the use of services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
19. Privacy
Personal data is processed according to the TunerPilot Privacy Policy, available on our website.
20. Changes to These Terms
TunerPilot may update these Terms from time to time. The current version published on the website applies. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of TunerPilot services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TunerPilot LLC regarding the use of our services.
